It's time for another recipe round up! Do you ever find you've never got enough time in the morning for breakfast? Then look no further than our 5 healthy breakfasts for busy people on the go!
Breakfast. Could not live without it! It is without a doubt, my favourite meal of the day.
I cannot skip breakfast, I get so grumpy and hangry! Regardless of whether I've had a huge dinner the night before, I am still so hungry when I wake up.
Breakfast can also be a stressful time of the morning, however. When you've just woken up and you might be running around, stressing about getting to work on time, breakfast is probably the last thing on your mind, which is why love to share our favourite breakfasts on the run!
I am a huge fan of breakfasts that can be made the night before so that all you have to do in the morning is grab it and go. I will always make Adam something the night before so he doesn't have to worry about going hungry when he gets to work. We usually work through a bunch of different recipes but here are our favourite 5.
5 Healthy Breakfasts for Busy People on the Go
Overnight Oats
Love love LOVE this recipe! It's easily adaptable, can be made the night before, and tastes so good. It's especially one of my favourites for Summer because it's nice and cold!
Easy Breakfast Parfait
This would probably be one of Adams favourite breakfasts! He probably has it at least 5 days of the week that he works! Like our overnight oats, this breakfast parfait is totally adaptable. Add grated apple, goji berries, other nuts, spices and so on and so forth.
Bacon and Corn Breakfast Muffins
Another great recipe for busy people on the go, because you can easily freeze these, whip them out, microwave them and slap on some butter in the morning or at work! They are so delicious too! Omit the bacon if you wanna keep them vegetarian!
Nutty and Seedy Chocolate Granola
I am an absolute chocolate fiend, so naturally, I am in love with this recipe! This is perfect for the mornings because it's already made and all you have to do is add milk and yoghurt in the morning! Easy peasy!
Chia Pudding
We have THREE different variations of chia pudding - classic vanilla, chocolate and tropical. This little breakfast treat is so versatile and very filling! Again, make it the night before and all you have to do is add your favourite fruit in the morning! It can't get any easier than this!
